Worship Service
Sunday Mornings at 11:30 AM
Getting Seated
Our main worship service is held in our sanctuary upstairs, There will be a greeter at the main doorway to welcome you and give you a bulletin with information regarding the current activities at our church. You can sit anywhere you would like. Please let a greeter know if you need special seating accommodations.
Children
Nursery care is available for infants and children up to 4 years old. Children ages 5-12 years are included at the start of our worship service and then may be escorted to a Sunday school time in our classrooms. We understand if some children prefer to remain upstairs in the main worship service with their parent(s)/guardians.
Structure
Our service generally follows the same pattern each Sunday. Our worship team starts the service by leading us in singing some introductory songs together. We then have announcements, offering time, and a prayer to dismiss the children to their service downstairs. Our worship team then leads us in singing a few more songs. Feel free to sing along (the words are provided) or just enjoy the music. We have a time of responsive reading where a leader will read a sentence and the congregation will then follow with another sentence (the text will be projected on the wall). The pastor will lead us in a time of prayer. We have an alter at the front of the sanctuary, if you wish to pray there. Our pastor will then preach a sermon which can be anywhere from 15-25 min long. The worship team will then lead us in a closing song. Our service is usually finished just before or at 12:30.
Music
We have a worship team made up of singers and musicians that lead us in singing contemporary worship songs. The songs may be some that you've heard on a christian radio station or ones that you've heard in other churches. Feel free to sing along with the songs or simply enjoy listening to the music as we praise God. We often stand as we sing, however, we have some individuals who prefer to sit or cannot stand for medical reasons. Please feel free to sit or stand as you are comfortable during worship.
Attire
There is no "dress code" for our church other than for you to be dressed! We have a wide range of outfits on the individuals who attend our services. You may see some individuals show up in jeans and a t-shirt, while others are wearing suits and dresses. Please dress in a way that allows you to feel comfortable while attending our worship service.
Communion
At our church, we have an "open table" policy, You do not have to be a member or our church or part of our denomination to participate in communion. We only ask that you have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as your savior, since it is "a believer's supper".
